INJECTION MOLDS 

We build new injection molds in-house from aluminum to hardened steel making both prototype molds and production molds. We can provide overseas tooling through our foreign partners. When a foreign made tool is sourced through Colonial, you are fully supported with US quality and oversight. This includes any fine-tuning that might be required once your tool arrives here. This has been a feature that our long-time customers highly value!

In addition to our new tooling, we provide cleaning, maintenance, and repair services on existing tooling. We are accustomed to all manners of mold construction, whether simple or complex.

We also perform custom machining services and make a variety of fixtures, masks, and gauges to support production.
